However, please note that we are unable to accept requests for re-cleaning more than 5 working days after works have been completed.
Our end of lease cleaning service starts at $330 for a one-bedroom or studio apartment, with the price increasing based on the size of your property. The final cost is determined by the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home.

If you're unable to schedule a visit immediately, we can provide an estimate over the phone. We will ask a few questions about the property and cleaning needs to give you a rough idea of the cost.
Our team provides all necessary cleaning products and supplies. However, if you have a specific product or equipment, you'd like us to use in your home, feel free to leave it out for the cleaner.
A 50% deposit is required 48 hours before the cleaning date, with the remaining balance due upon completion. The client must be present at the end of cleaning for final payment and to lock the property, as we are not responsible for locking or returning the keys.
