Our team provides all necessary cleaning products and supplies. However, if you have a specific product or equipment, you'd like us to use in your home, feel free to leave it out for the cleaner.
You don’t need to be present during our visit, but we will need access to your home. This could be through a spare key, a code, electronic entry, or another method. We’ll go over the details during your initial contact with us or when providing your quote.
For your regular bookings, we will assign the same cleaner each time. A different cleaner will only be sent if the regular cleaner is sick or on holiday.
While it may not always be possible due to existing client bookings, please let us know if you need an urgent cleaning, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Clients are not required to enter into contracts to receive our services.
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you're not completely happy with the cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we'll promptly resolve any issues and arrange a re-cleaning at no additional charge.
Yes, all of our cleaners are required to undergo a police check before joining the team.
